Altin Dumani/ Belinda Balluku

A strong part of the testimony of Mirzeta Kashnica's father, broadcast by Fiks Fare, shows the moment when the Ministry of Infrastructure official decided to denounce the pressures she claimed to have received from Belinda Balluku.

According to the father, Mirzeta called the then head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, directly and requested an urgent meeting. According to him, Dumani and the prosecutor in the case, Dritan Prençi, were present at the meeting.

The father recounts that when Mirzeta stated that Balluku had pressured him, Dumani warned him about the gravity of the accusation: "What you're saying, that Balluku pressured me, is an accusation that we take from the street and put inside."

Mirzeta, according to him, did not back down and insisted that the statement be put down on paper.

But the subsequent chronology raises strong questions. Altin Dumani led SPAK from December 19, 2022 to December 18, 2025. SPAK's official request for authorization of the arrest/deprivation of Belinda Balluku's liberty was sent to the Assembly only on December 16, 2025, just two days before the end of Dumani's mandate.

So, according to Mirzeta's father, the SPAK office considered the accusation of pressure so serious that there was talk of immediate arrest. But the formal request for Balluk came only at the end of Duman's mandate and the arrest was never carried out, not even by the prosecutor in the case, Dritan Prençi.

Balluku did not end up “taken from the street and brought inside,” as Mirzeta’s father claims Dumani had described the seriousness of the accusation. Instead, the case devolved into a long procedural and institutional battle.

And after all this, a very concrete question remains:

What happened to Mirzeta Kashnica's denunciation that she was put under pressure and who will be held responsible for the fact that a SPAK witness was intimidated for what she had decided to tell the prosecutors?

Below, the story of Mirzeta Kashnica's father:

Mirzeta's father – And now that Rama came out to make fun of her on TV, he directly called the head of SPAK on the phone: 'I'm Mirzeta Krasniqi, I definitely want to meet you'. This went straight inside without a lawyer at all. 'Put the papers here - he said - he pressured me'. But, until that moment, my maid had not accepted anything. Think carefully - said the head of SPAK - that what you say that Balluku pressured me, this is an accusation that we take from the street and put in him. 'Put the paper here! - said the girl - Think carefully! I have been thinking' - she said - 'since I came here, I have divided my mind about both Rama and Balluku'.

Fiction – Who did she talk to at SPAK?

Mirzeta's father – He was Dumani and the prosecutor in the case. It was he whose name I forgot.

Mirzeta's father – Once she filed a complaint, it's true what Rama says, then all the files were confiscated. They will now go to the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Court in Parliament, her immunity will be lifted and the country (prison) will be sent.

Fiction – Was there a lot of pressure?

Mirzeta's father – Very, very! My maid is still at work to this day and there are still pressures.

Mirzeta's father – It was last week and he said to me, 'What do you say, Dad, I quit my job?! How are you going to quit your job?' – I said.

Fiction – It's great that you're still at work, despite the pressures.

Mirzeta's father – No, that's not how it is, I know how it is!

Fiction – Have you had any family pressures?

Mirzeta's father – Yes, yes.

Fiction – You too?

Mirzeta's father – Don't ask anymore because we'll move on to another topic later. Very, very, very...

Fiction – How did they reach the family?

Mirzeta's father – Yyy what are they...
