On a super buyer of decorations and statements

Sulejman Rexhepi, former leader of the Islamic Community of North Macedonia dismissed years ago, has published his memoirs in 2020, in which he testifies how he was first offered to receive a high decoration "Order of Skanderbeg" by former president Ilir Meta. 

The proof is in detail about the amount of lek, the place where you would pay, etc. The intermediary is Ilir Meta's associate Fari Balliu, which aggravates the situation since his son was at that time an advisor to the president of the Republic.

After the publication of a part of the book today in Tema newspaper and other portals, Sulejman Rexhepi reacted by denying that he was the author of those statements, leaving it unclear whether he is the author of the book or not.

Since you mention my name for defamation, I have to clarify.

First, Mr. Rexhepi, I have no interest in your career as a religious leader under the former Yugoslavia and then in Macedonia, even though you are at the top of the lists that Albanians line up as collaborators of the UDB. Your life didn't bother me.

If you bought with lek, as you testify, the "Order of Skënderbeu" of the Republic of Albania, I am of course interested in this matter being clarified by the Albanian justice system as it is the biggest insult that has been done to the institution of the President of the Republic. who has long been accused of selling citizens and decorations. He even confronted Tema newspaper for such a case a few years ago, when he gave an African football player citizenship for three days under the excuse that he needed it for the Tirana Club, and after a week he fled to Europe. So he did not behave as a president but as a trafficker of human beings.

Your case makes the story more sensitive. 

But don't worry, you're not the only one. Buajr Nishani and Ilir Meta have humiliated "Skënderbeu's order" so much that they have also taken it to the pizza restaurant in Vienna, the head of the gas station in Albania where they ate, the president's hairdressers and masseurs, etc. The problem is that you paid dearly because Fari Balli brought in a realtor. You could find it cheaper.

But I am grateful for the faithfulness of the confession that made me long for Fariu's sentences when he said don't communicate with Meta but with him directly, that Meta is being followed by the Americans. That he is with Berisha and Meta and with the Americans in any case.

Second, a clarification regarding your attempt to refute what you wrote and the order you give us to delete the writing. 

We haven't done any writing of our own. We have published an article of yours. This is a serious public charge and the public interest prevails. We don't delete it until SPAK investigates the matter and comes to the conclusion that it is true or false. Then we delete it. Until then, we will ask for an investigation.

If you lied, then solve it yourself with Meta.

Lastly, your attempt to defend President Meta right now is not doing him any favors. He has so many problems with justice that yours neither aggravates nor relieves him. I simply leave it to the mountains, reservoirs, lakes and rivers of Albania, talking aloud to myself "our highest mountains, our purest waters".

It's just a man who has taken the mountains.

But if we compare the text of the book and the text of the refutation, one appears to be a dialect of Mokra, the other a dialect of Tetova. So the refutation seems to be in Fari Balli's dialect and style, while the book is in your dialect and style. 

I understand that you put them in a difficult position and maybe they returned the money, but we must restore trust in the institution of the president. And until this happens through the investigation, don't worry. Just like you used to buy the decorations, now buy the statements. This is also business.
