As expected, Ilir Meta/Metaj was waiting for a signal from Sali Berisha about the law on State Security files. The distance created between Meta/Metaj and Berisha was a pure blackmail for him to prove that he deserved the alliance with the file law. And Sali Berisha gave the first test today.

He has submitted a draft law for the files in the Assembly, where it deals with the issue of persons certified by the "Mezini" and "Bezhani" Commissions, as Ilir Meta/Metaj is interested in.

Contrary to the legal initiative of the socialists and the official Democratic Party, which seek to remove the legal obstacle to the Files Authority to also request for persons who have received certificates from these two politicized and politically misused commissions, Berisha requests that for every person who has obtain these certificates, a decision of the Supreme Court is requested.

So the essence of Berisha's draft law is to oppose the initiative of the socialists and democrats, which paves the way for the verification of the testimony of Ilir Meta/Metaj, "obtained on the operative route", found in the file of the citizen Filip Talo.

This is sufficient proof of Sali Berisha's loyalty to Meta/Metaj, after the blackmail he makes by not considering cooperation with Berisha's DP in any political action.

He refused to be with Berisha at the protest at the Sharra incinerator, he did not join his political actions later, he did not even go to his son's wedding, on the grounds that he was fixing his teeth.

He also yesterday made a public appeal to Berisha to come up with joint candidacies, which clearly shows that the communication between them is not working and they are having a public dialogue, to leave the responsibility to each other.

Berisha's gesture today shows that he has been brought to his knees by the pressure of Meta/Metaj. Not that this saves Meta/Metaj, but it shows Berisha's willingness to have common positions on issues that affect each other.

Of course, this is not a sufficient condition, but necessary in the process of Berisha kneeling before him. He gave his first test today. Naturally, Meta is a fan of our communist history and will ask him, like Enveri in Kadri's trial, to "deepen" his self-criticism. Until he surrenders, or die together.
