The Special Prosecutor's Office  ( SPAK ) has torn up the cooperation agreement with the arrested Klevis Alla , one of the first collaborators of the " Dumani " file, who initially showed his participation in 4 murders committed in Durrës .

This is the second agreement that SPAK cancels with a " Judicial Associate ", demanding a 25-year prison sentence for Alla.

It is about the murder of two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhiaj and the execution of their two friends,  Anxhelo Avdija and Dorjan Shkoza .

For these 4 murders that occurred in 2020, the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office has requested in its claim 25 years of imprisonment for Klevis Alla, the first associate of Justice, 6 years of imprisonment for Besian Xixha, accused of " Providing the conditions to commit murder ” and 5 years of imprisonment for Enver Diva, the latter also accused of “ Providing the conditions to commit murder ”.

Meanwhile, during the reading of the claim, the prosecutor's office requested the dismissal of the charges against the arrested Altin Ndoci , since the criminal offenses against him have not been proven.

Ndoci was implicated in these 4 murders by the testimony of Klevis Alla, who lied to the prosecution claiming that he had committed the murders together with Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci.

The charges have now been dropped for these two people, as the real people who participated in these 4 murders are Klevis Alla, Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxhaj, Eljo Bitri and Erjon Alibej .
