Eduart Peqini, known by the nickname "Mandela"

18-year-old Horgito Peqini, who killed 33-year-old Madrit Ulqinaku yesterday evening in the center of Elbasan, is said to be the grandson of Eduart Peqini, known by the nickname "Mandela". The latter created a group of 8 people in 1997, becoming the most popular of Elbasan.

Mandela has been convicted of several crimes, such as armed robbery, kidnapping and imposing fines, murder and even burning and destroying people. After the arrest, in a French bank, about 2 million dollars were seized from "Mandela", which "flowed" from the traffic of clandestines and prostitution.

Yesterday's crime was registered after a verbal conflict between Madri Ulqinak and three friends Horgito Peqini, Ejden Dino and Klaudjan Sallufi. After the conflict, Horgito Peqini shot Ulqinak with a pistol, leaving him dead on the spot, and then fled in an unknown direction.

The police announced today that they have arrested Ejden Dinon, while Horgito Peqini and Klaudjan Sallufi are still being sought.
