New details have been revealed from the assassination recorded this morning in Vlora, where 37-year-old Geno (Shpati) Lena and 34-year-old Hakim Xhezo, known as "Bushi", were executed with Kalashnikov rifles.
It is learned that they always drove in an armored car, as they were protected from an assassination attempt. It is suspected that the victims have been under constant surveillance for days by the perpetrators.
As soon as they saw that they had changed the armored car, they put the plan into action by executing them at the Panama flyover, near the highway. This appears to be a location chosen by the perpetrators, as there are no businesses or residences nearby, and no security cameras.
It is suspected that three perpetrators participated in the assassination, two in the role of shooter and one driver. They are suspected to have been professionals, as they shot the victim's vehicle on three sides, back, side and front, and one thing that should be noted is that only two bullets hit the car at the sheet metal and all the others were fired at the windows.
The authors' BMW car was stolen a few weeks ago in Durrës. After the assassination, the perpetrators burned the vehicle in the village of Červen in Fier and three Kalashnikovs were found inside it.
