As for the businesses that the victim had managed to open in Albania, the friend said that his mother worked 2-3 jobs in emigration. Among other things, the file talks about a debt that, according to the victim's friend, Alexander owed to a citizen from Kuçova.

"He did not notice any concerns, but even the victim did not express any problems he might have. "He is not aware of his illegal activities, but he noticed that he used 2-3 phones, however he did not know why he kept them because he did not talk about such things", it is said in the testimony.

The declarant states that the victim did not owe any man, but listened to conversations and told him about a citizen who was called by the nickname, "Peqja" from the city of Kuçova, who owed him 15 or 19 million old lekë. These days he had even sent a boy named B.Gj from Kuçova who was mediating to bring the debt money and close it as a problem with "Peqja".

At the time he had given her the money, he had no return and they had agreed to return it a little later on condition that he give her another percentage of interest.

Yesterday, on 10.06.02022, he learned from A. that B.Gj., brought him a sum of 15,500 euros and he could give him the percentage when he was done. Regarding the citizen with the nickname Peqja, he told him that he was friends, so he had given him about 5000 euros in cash and a car. "But they were upset and did not speak because this citizen had not been correct with the debt.", It is said in the investigative file.
