The assets of Alda Klos will be subject to an accounting expertise. At the request of the prosecutor's office, work will begin to verify income and expenses.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has decided to carry out an accounting examination to find out the real value of the property that the former Director of the Cabinet of the former Minister of Reconstruction, Arben Ahmetaj, justifies.

"Ora News" has learned that an accounting expert has been appointed by the prosecutor Mirela Zavalani, requesting that through the investigative documents that are in the criminal file against Alda Klosi, the expert will extract the real value of the wealth of Klosi and her ex-husband, Altin Klosi .

The prosecution has assigned several tasks to the expert and it is expected that at the end of May 2023, the expert report will be made available to the investigation group.

All property declarations submitted by Klos to the Property Declaration Inspectorate, loans taken, properties sold and investments made, are the subject of this accounting expertise.

These actions are carried out in parallel with the investigation for "Cleaning of the proceeds of the criminal offense", "False statement to the prosecutor" and "Non-declaration or concealment of assets".

The purpose of the capital prosecutor's office, for launching the property investigation, is to discover the legal financial origin of the assets that are in the name of Klos, her husband and other family members.

Currently, Alda Klosi continues to remain isolated in the premises of the Women's Prison in Tirana. The former official and the trusted wife of the former minister Arben Ahmetaj, was arrested at the beginning of February 2023, as a person suspected of the illegal possession of 550 thousand euros, seized in the apartment of the cleaner Rozeta Dobi.

Klos' arrest came shortly after the testimony of Rosetta and her son Javier Dobi. Between the two arrested women, Klosi and the nurse Dobi, the prosecution conducted two confrontations.

But in their confrontation, the two friends took opposite positions as the former official speaks and sticks to the version about the theft of 120 thousand euros.

While Dobi, says that with the permission of Alda Klos, she took over 500 thousand euros from her apartment to hide in her house located in the area of ??"Astiri".

Both ladies involved in this case are under "arrest in prison", where Rozeta Dobi is accused of theft in collaboration with her son Javier Dobi.

Meanwhile, Alda Klosi is accused of money laundering, failure to declare assets and false declaration before the judicial police officer.

According to the police, the amount of over 400 thousand euros seized from the house of the nurse after her arrest is not justified by legal sources on the part of the former official Klosi./OraNews
