Prime Minister Edi Rama has published images before and after the reconstruction of what is today called "Air Albania Stadium".

In a post on his Facebook account, the head of government says that where there was "an urban rot in the heart of Tirana", one of the most beautiful stadiums in Europe has already been set up.

Rama also adds that the new National Theater that is expected to be built after the demolition two years ago will continue in the same direction.

EDI RAMA ON FACEBOOK

"Good morning and with the hope that there are still some of you who remember it when I told you that we will make one of the most beautiful stadiums in Europe, where until a few years ago there was an urban rot in the heart of the capital, assuring you that as "The stadium of today's European final became a national pride in Europe, it will soon become the New National Theater, I wish you all to spend this beautiful sports day for the whole of Europe here in Tirana."
