The Durrës police reacted 24 hours after the publication of the footage where a mother was seen abusing her child and dragging her.

In the police announcement, the media is informed that the woman in question has not yet been identified. The police informs that they have gathered the film footage of the security cameras, but have not managed to identify the woman.

From the footage, it was first seen where the mother slaps her child while she is walking and then, while climbing the stairs, she kicks him hard. There were other people at the scene, but they did not react at all.


Durrës police announcement: 

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durres Police Station have referred the materials to the Durres Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offense of "Mistreatment of minors". The services of the Durrës Police Commissariat, immediately after the publication on social networks of the video showing a citizen abusing her minor child, have organized work in cooperation with the services of the DVP Durrës, for the identification, capture and escort of the citizen who appears in the video. Research continues, cameras are being examined and information is being gathered to make it possible to identify the citizen. Durrës Police thanks the media that denounce cases of illegality and invites them to cooperate with Police structures, for bringing to the fore the legal responsibility of the authors of cases of illegality that they encounter during their work.
