A 37-year-old man identified as Arif Mançe has been arrested by police in Ksamil, where security cameras had filmed him entering from the balcony of a hotel to steal a bag with 6,000 euros inside.

The incident occurred on January 4, while on the same day he attempted to steal items from an "Audi Q5" vehicle by breaking the door glass.

After verifications were carried out, it was discovered that the "serial thief" was wanted by the police for 4 other cases of thefts in Tirana and Durrës which he had committed during December of last year.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Saranda Court of First Instance, for the criminal offense of "Theft".
