Worker's death in Paskuqan, who is the entrepreneur who was arrested?

A serious accident at work claimed the life of a 64-year-old man this Sunday in the Paskuqan area, while police arrested the administrator of the firm where the incident occurred.

The worker with the initials HP lost his life after falling from a height while working at a subcontracting company, at around 10:30 in the morning.

After the event, in the evening, around 6:00 PM, Crime Investigation specialists at Police Station No. 5 arrested the administrator of the company "Algrei Shpk", Avni Mekshi, 61 years old, in flagrante delicto.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident and whether technical safety rules were respected in the workplace.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, which is expected to conduct further investigative actions to fully clarify the incident.
