Surrendered on Saturday, GJKKO leaves in force the "prison arrest"

The Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime has reconfirmed the measure set in absentia "prison arrest" for Leonard Daçin, a lawyer in the Municipality of Bulqiza, part of the group of officials of this institution who were arrested, including the mayor Lefter Alla.

Daçi surrendered on Saturday at the Special Court, in the presence of his lawyer.

Meanwhile, the measure of 'prison arrest' was given on Saturday also for the mayor Lefter Alla and other officials involved in the abuse of office for water supply tenders.
