The identity of the driver of the "Volkswagen Touareg" vehicle, which caused two car accidents one after the other on the Trans-Balkan road in Vlora, has been clarified.

Sources indicate that it is about 45-year-old Arlind Lagji, the former head of Customs in Fier.

While driving the "Volkswagen Touareg" type vehicle, Lagji has had an accident with the IS citizen, about 66 years old, a pedestrian on the road. He quickly left the scene of the accident, but after a few meters he collided with the vehicle driven by the BC citizen, 63 years old.

Some time ago, Arlind Lagji was involved in a scandal where he was accused of beating and threatening a citizen, after he accused him of having an intimate relationship with his wife.

The couple involved in that event were Algert Beluli and Anxhela Ngjeqari, while Algert Beluli published audio recordings with former official Lagji where the latter threatened him with the life of the girl and said 'I will make the body thela-thela'.
