About 40 million old ALL were found in the apartment of Evis Berberi , director of ARRSH, arrested by SPAK under the charge of passive corruption and money laundering.

Through an official SPAK announcement, the investigation has shown that the company "DAAM" sh.pk, indirectly owned by the citizen EB, has benefited from the transactions from the company of the citizen VB "N....Group" sh.pk, in the amount of 223,480,476 (two hundred and twenty-three million four hundred and eighty thousand four hundred and seventy-six) lek, with VAT.

According to SPAK Evis Berberi, during the time he was in charge of the Agency for Energy Efficiency and in charge of the Albanian Road Authority, he awarded 6 tenders to the company he indirectly owned, benefiting a sum of almost 2.3 million euros.

Other tenders are being verified as it is suspected that there are not only 6 tenders, which have already been confirmed. The prosecution was helped by the search that took place a few days ago in Barber's apartment, where the evidence was found.

The measure was given by judge Elsa Ulliri, while the verification will take place on Saturday. It is also suspected that there are tenders given by other institutions such as the Ministry of Infrastructure.
