Many of the characters of the underworld who have used the "Sky" application have been disguised through established codes and nicknames, but again they have been careless in the communications they have carried out with each other.

Some have had complete dexterity in conducting conversations, while others have secured themselves well, but again a single mistake has brought about their complete discovery.

In dozens and dozens of conversations, the figures of the underworld have taken care not to be discovered, but time passed and they started making mistakes in the "Sky" application, as they felt an excessive certainty that this application would never be intercepted by the Albanian authorities.

But time brought that the application was dismantled by the French and Belgian authorities, bringing with it the distribution of conversations.

Ervis Martinaj, the most wanted man of Albanian Justice and at the same time the person with the most mysterious fate about his existence or not, has been discovered by a single message of consolation.

Shkodran Bardhyl Mavraj with user "2Q4RSM" writes on February 18 to the user of the code "NP8LS4": "... how are you friend, how are you, I heard about the daughter-in-law of the aunt. My condolences, God bless you... "

On the other hand, the code "NP8LS4" corresponds to "...flm..." in short.

From the verifications carried out by the Special Prosecutor's Office SPAK and from the information provided by the judicial police, Bardhyl Mavraj and Behar Brajović in this period, there was contact and cooperation with the businessman Ervis Martinaj.

The Civil Status of Ervis Martinaj, his father Mustafa and Ervis's uncle, Faik Martinaj, has been verified by SPAK. According to SPAK, Faik Martinaj was married to Mr. Martinaj, who passed away on February 13, 2021. Mr...., is the wife of the "aunt" uncle of the gambling businessman, Ervis Martinaj.

Based on this verification but also from the content of other conversations, with the context that the conversations about conducting meetings were left at the hotel "Arbëria" in Kurbin, SPAK has created the full conviction that the user of the code "NP8LS4" belongs to the user, Ervis Martinaj.

Another code that has been completely revealed and was the easiest to identify by SPAK, is the one named "Alcatraz". In fact, this name personifies one of the wildest prisons in San Francisco, America. The user of this code was the bravest, as he spoke openly and boasted that he was, Nuredin Dumani.

His shield and identification is reflected not only in the code name "Alcatraz" but also in the other use of the code name "Toto Rinaa".

On February 14, 2021, the evening of "Saint Valentine", Bardhyl Mavraj talks with the user of the code "XNLTTP" "Alcatraz", where the latter writes to him:

”…vlla dua të them nji fjalë për besnikrin time mos e ver dyshim koha tregon. Z’dua as ti t’jesh siklet, unë quhem Nuredin Dumani, “Luli” më njofin datëlindja 1987/26/04…Dua të rrish i qet për çdo gjë, s’jam ke fjalët pork e veprat, zdo zhgënjehesh se unëboj ndrrim…”.

Nga ana tjetër Bardhyl Mavraj i përgjigjet duke shkruar se:“…qosh me jetë vëlla, ishalla vetëm mir dëgjoj për ty por është kjo që nëse bahena me ba punë dhe me nimu njëri-tjetrin, s’do zhgënjehesh as ti. Për sa i përket ati Talos, të them unë personalisht skam asnjë info dhe se njof fare se smë ka pas interesu, por me pyt miq e shokë mase dhe na del diku, por konkrete është puna e këtij Dorit që folëm…”.

Pikërisht duke parë këtë përmbajtje, SPAK ka verifikuar të dhënat e Nuredin Dumanit në Gjëndjen Civile, ku rezultoi se ditëlindja e tij përputhet dhe me përmbajtjen e tekstit.

Ndërsa Klaudor Haka, njeriu që vrojtonte për të vrarë Kleanth Musabelliun është identifikuar nga një moment i vetëm, kur një skuadër e “Shqiponjave”, e kanë arrestuar me një pistoletë në trup.

Klaudor Haka, ka përdorur kodin C5FFC8 dhe në një moment në 16 korrik 2020 ai i dërgon një foto Pëllumb Gjokës, e cila tregon rrugën “Teodor Rusvelt” dhe orjenton në lidhje me banesën e mundshme të një personi që po vëzhgon.

Në vazhdimësi Klaudor Haka, i shkruan Gjokës: ”…kam një favor se jam në lagjen time dhe një xhiro me bo, kam 2-3 veta që i përshëndes…”.

Por teksa mundoheshin dhe bënin planin për të vrarë Kleanthin, në 24 shtator 2020 Behar Bajri i shkruan Pëllumb Gjokës, duke i thënë: ”…e kanë kapur Dorin me armë, a thu kemi mundësi me ja thy gjëlpanën… e kanë kap në Tiranë tek “Liqeni i Thatë”, postobllok tek 1…”.

Nga ana tjetër Pëllumbi i shkruan Beharit: ”…e kanë kap “Shqiponjat”, ja kanë ba fotot sa e kanë kap…”.

SPAK, ka verifikuar dokumentet në komisariatin Nr.1 në Tiranë, duke konstatuar se personi që është arrestuar nga policia në datën 24 shtator 2020 është Klaodor Hakaj.

Nga ana tjetër Olti Bistri, është identifikuar gjatë një bisede që ka zhvilluar me Pëllumb Gjokën, duke i pohuar këtij të fundit se ndodhet jashtë shtetit pasi kishte marë disa ditë lejë. Nga verifikimet e SPAK, rezultoi se Olti Bistri ka marrë lejë në muajin Mars në Drejtorinë e Policisë për të shkuar në Athinë.

Kurse vetë biznesmeni Pëllumb Gjoka, i cili ka përdorur kodin “7142D9” është identifikuar nga vajza e hallës së tij, Lulë Zefi. Në të njëjtë bisedë është identifikuar dhe Ardit Hasanbegaj, i cili në datën 16 shkurt 2020 mbante postin e zv/drejtorit të Policisë Shkodër dhe përdorte kodin “DGLXJM”.

On February 16, 2020, Hasanbegaj wrote to code 7142D9, saying: "... friend, for a piece of land in your name, a woman came and wrote a letter complaining. And the user of the code 7142D9 responded as follows: "...brother, she is my aunt's daughter, she is crazy, she is crazy for God...".

But "DGLXJM" among others wrote to him that: "...you are fine, a scared 100 dynym, what do you need. You have entered the resort permit now, leaving us to the poor...".

From the verifications carried out by SPAK, it was found that the person who had gone to report to the police in Shkodër, is exactly Lulë Zefi, who is the daughter of the aunt of the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka./Ora
