A tragedy was avoided this Saturday in Lešnjë i Skrapari.
The police informs that they have arrested citizens Avdyl Hoxha after he tried to kill his fellow villager, citizen Q. Sh. According to official sources, they had a conflict with each other for property reasons and Hoxha tried to shoot him with a firearm.
Immediately after receiving the notification, the Police services arrived at the scene and prevented the further escalation of this conflict.
Avdyl Hoxha is charged with the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder", pending trial and "Carrying weapons without a permit".
The investigative materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Berat Judicial District Court, for further action.
