Journalist Elton Qyno states that the "Key" agent, who tried to sell information classified as state secrets to a foreign diplomat, from "unfriendly" countries, is suspected to have been an employee of the office of the President of the Republic of Albania, who it has already been downloaded, according to SHISH.

In an article on social networks, Quno writes that SHISH itself identifies this agent in the report as an employee of institution "A", which according to the alphabetical division turns out to be the first institution of the state, the Presidency, this department is supplied in an up-to-date manner with secret information from the State Intelligence Service and the Military Intelligence Service.

The journalist also informs that in October 2021, SPAK prosecutor Altin Dumani ordered a search of the homes of persons suspected of espionage, such as Frederik Ymeri, Luftar Çunaj, Bashkim Abazi, Gjergji Koti.

The "Key" agent is suspected to be an employee of the office of the President of the Republic of Albania, a department that is supplied with up-to-date secret information by the State Intelligence Service and the Military Intelligence Service.

SHISH itself, records this agent in the report as an employee of institution "A", which according to the alphabetical division turns out to be the first institution of the state, the Presidency.

SHISH and SHIU, every day and almost every 30 minutes, permanently inform the institution of the presidency with different reports, on various activities and events that happened, inside and outside the country. Therefore, SHISH, the employees of this institution and the personnel serving near the Objects of Special Importance (ORV), keep under monitoring their meetings and inappropriate contacts with foreign persons in Albania.

Mësohet se ky rast është një episod i veçuar nga dosja tjetër e SHISH dhe SPAK, të cilën e kam botuar. Pikërisht në këtë dosje që hetohet nga prokurori Altin Dumani, jepen raporte dhe situata të kontrollit të banesave të personave të dyshuar në spiunazh, si Frederik Ymeri, Luftar Çunaj, Bashkim Abazi, Gjergji Koti.

Kontrollet janë ligjëruar nga prokurori Dumani dhe më pas kanë qënë agjentët e antiterrorit ata të cilët kanë shkuar në mesnatë nëpër shtëpia. Dy shtëpitë e para që janë kontrolluar, kanë qënë ato të Frederik Ymerit, ish-Drejtorit të Krimit të Organizuar në Shërbimin Informativ Shqiptar. Apartamenti i tij që ndodhet në afërsi të tregut Çam dhe shtëpia dy katëshe në Farkë, i është nënshtruar një kontrolli të imtësishëm, ku oficerët mësohet se kanë sekuestruar dokumenta, Lap-Top, USB dhe sende të tjera që janë në verifikim për procedimin penal Nr.3.

Qëllimi i këtij kontrolli të kryer në muajin Tetor 2021 të kryer në banesat e personave të selektuar nga SHISH si pjesë e një celule spiunazhi, është bërë për gjetjen e dokumentave të ndryshme me karakter “Sekret Shtetëror”, shënime të ndryshme dhe dokumenta që janë të falsifikuara.
