SPAK receives file on assassination attempt with two victims and two injured in

The death of Armando Pal and Liridon Kraja (Lushi), in the assassination that shook Shkodra on the morning of September 8, 2025, will now be investigated by SPAK. Two other people, Eorgen Brajovic and the waitress Meri Kaceri, were also injured in this assassination.

Sources from the investigative group indicate that investigators from the Special Prosecution Office have begun to withdraw the file and are expected to interrogate the suspected perpetrator of the massacre, Ragip Gila, within a few days.

Gila has stated that he carried out the assassination after a previous clash with Erogen Brajovic. However, investigators at Spak suspect that the assassination was ordered and Gila acted as a paid executioner.

Denis Brajovic (also known as Denis Bajri Brajovic) is on the list of people that SPAK will question these days to shed light on the clashes between criminal groups in Shkodra. He was extradited from Dubai a few months ago and is in custody on account of the "Metamorphosis" file, which is under investigation by SPAK, reports weblajm.

Denis Brajovic is the brother of Erogen Brajovic, who was injured during the September 8th assassination attempt.

SPAK has seized several important pieces of evidence, including security camera footage, crime scene diagrams, and ballistics expertise of the weapons used.
