Klodiana Spahiu has been appointed Minister of Health and Evis Kushi has been appointed the new Deputy Speaker of the Parliament with 79 votes in favor.

The opposition has left the hall and has not participated in the vote. Kushi has taken the place of Klodiana Spahiu, who took over the Ministry of Health after Evis Sala's resignation.

After the vote for Klodiana Spahiu as Minister of Health, Speaker Niko Peleshi announced the closing of the plenary session.

Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka issued strong warnings to the new Minister of Health, Klodiana Spahiu, during the first session of the new parliamentary session. Calling on her to refuse the position, Noka stated that if she signs health sector contracts, she will face legal consequences.

He described the government as an organization that has turned the country into a "scorched earth" and forced young people to leave Albania. According to him, the majority is surrounded by fear of citizens and has turned the parliament into a structure that no longer represents the interests of the public.

"In every session when we talk, they make a person who does not live in Albania feel touched and cry, but a person who lives in Albania is disgusted and, upon seeing anything, turns off the TV, because he does not want to watch your paint. Do you know that a child who was 5 years old when you came to Albania, today who is an 18-year-old, 95% wants to leave Albania, because since you came to power you have ruined their lives. Zero empathy this government. Empathy is gone.
