Fiks Fare denounced a property scandal in the tourist area of ​​Ksamil, where a former judge of Saranda, Petrit Aliaj, after returning 160 hectares to the Bektashis while in office, was caught building on the same area without a permit. A property, which Petriti himself, when he was a judge, returned to the Bektashi Community. On the papers, the property appears in the name of a citizen from Përmet, who has never been seen in the area. Meanwhile, the former judge, in all confrontations with residents and local institutions, states that the property is his. "It is my property. There is no son of k... who works there," Petriti is heard telling the residents of Ksamil.

But, unlike what is written in the letters, the situation on the ground is different. Fiks Fare has been observing the entire area for several days. The former judge, Petrit Aliaj, appears regularly. He carries out work, together with his brother, once with a cart. Then they weld the metal structures. In other scenes, Petrit holds a level in his hand. He also makes property markings.

Residents of the area have complained about these works, without any permit. Inspectors from the National Coastal Agency have initially gone to the field. Fiks Fare has provided footage of these inspections, where the AKB itself has notified residents through a letter that encroachments on the territory have been found. "There is a work process for a service structure," the Agency writes, while to date, no permit has been granted for that station and beach plot. The same letter has also been sent to the IKMT.

To date, according to photos and videos provided by Fiks Fare, no institution has intervened. Employees of the Police Supervision Agency have also gone to that beach, taking measurements. Unlike the action in Saranda, the police or the AMP itself have not issued any notice of any possible investigation.

Fiks Fare has secured a recording of Petrit Aliaj speaking to a resident of the area, arguing about the boundaries, and even giving him the property's zoning plan. "I have proof of ownership, I have the zoning plan. Put a label where mine falls. Now put it on this one too. How much is the overlap, that's it," he claims, retorting to the resident that "how are you going to take my property, I'll stay here and pay for it with lek and you'll hire me to work on mine."

In the conversation, it seems quite clear that Petriti turns out to be the owner, as he tells him that "I won't let you work on my property". He then threatens him that he will file a report and that the resident will not be able to build. "The permit was given to you on my property, man. I'm suspending you, I'm taking you to court. Why am I a fool to take on people who are putting points on the property. We are taking this from Hipoteka, we didn't take this from our pocket. Now it's my property, it's logical", he says.

A very interesting part of this whole conversation is the fact that the former judge tells the residents that he will also be able to suspend the permits of Prime Minister Edi Rama. "I know very well that I have suspended Edi Rama's signature, just so you know. My friends and I are suspending them to this day. So don't let it cross your mind that you have received a permit," he continues, while telling them that all parties will lose if they go to court. "I will also spend money and you will spend money, get your head together and make a ball. I know what the lawyer will say, come on, don't break it b... because you have me. But when you take them to court to suspend them, then the lawyer will say that I did not accept the court," he adds.

Meanwhile, after a few days, the citizen goes again to the property where former judge Petrit Aliaj is doing work. He finds him working, arranging wooden, stone and metal structures, all without permission from the National Coastal Agency. "I made a mistake by not filing a complaint, I will do it from now on. We have nothing to discuss together," Petrit tells one of the residents.

Në terren kanë shkuar inspektorë nga Agjencia e Bregdetit, nga Policia dhe nga Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore. Të gjitha këto institucione, janë përballur pikërisht me ish-gjyqtarin Petrit Aliaj.
