The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) has acquitted Sali Berisha, Edi Paloka, Flamur Noka and Luciano Boci, who were sued by lawyer Valentina Teodorescu for defamation.

Teodorescu was appointed as the main lawyer by the court for the case against Berisha in the session of October 26, 2023 for the verification of the first measure "compulsion to appear" and "ban on leaving the country" against him.

Teodorescu described as slander the public statements of her accusers identifying her as a patronizer and former investigator from the dictatorship era.
