Ruben Saraiva, the Portuguese citizen suspected of being the murderer of businessman Ardian Nikulaj, in Shengjin, is suspected of having left Albania with false documents.

According to police sources, he was arrested this Monday in Morocco, sitting alone in a bar.

The police forces carried out a physical control of Saraiva, while no false documents or firearms were found with him. Now the procedures for extradition to our country will start against him, where he will face the charge of murder against 51-year-old Ardian Nikulaj. The latter was executed a few weeks ago in the premises of his bar, an event according to the police, organized for blood feud.

According to information, Edmond Haxhia is suspected of being the orderer and organizer of the murder of businessman Ardian Nikulaj. He is the grandson of Elton Lekstakaj, who have been at enmity with the Nikulaj tribe since 1997.
