He was separated from life at the age of 89, the well-known kinetic Kristaq Dhamo.

Kristaq Dhamo was born on 20 April 1933 in Fier. He completed his studies at the Higher Cinematography Institute in Budapest, Hungary. He then began working at Film Studio-"New Albania", where the film "Tana" was released in 1958, the first Albanian feature film.
For many years he was artistic director at Film Studio. Dhamo has provided valuable assistance in preparing young cinematography students, with the organization of several professional courses. In 1979 he was awarded the title "Deserved Artist" and in 1987 was awarded the title "People's Artist". At the 12th Albanian Film Festival 2000 Dhamo was awarded the career award.
"This beautifully chosen photo from the archive and donated by an associate of Kristaq Dhamos, i find it most representative today that Kristaqi separated from us under the care of his daughters Rudina and Delina, who have been the most model example of the love of two girls, for a father, even though that parent was and will remain a holy man for the wealth and spiritual prosperity of a country and a people's people. All of it.
He left a room next to Dhorka, his brave wife and co-ordinator, the one of greater light and love simply for humanity. Golden myzeqar of work prosperity beyond perhaps any picture of today.
My best friend, the teacher and the rescuer of my soul, quietly and magnificently.
Farewell Kristaq," director Shanaj writes on the social network.
