Kristi Balukja, is the young man who lost his life this morning in the city of Elbasan. He tried to pour tritol into Renato Çepa's car, but the amount of explosive exploded in his hand, killing him immediately.
According to the police, Renato Çepa is known in Elbasan as "Kel Llumi", informs journalist Elton Qyno, adding that there was a physical conflict between the victim and the perpetrator some time ago.
