The Administrative Court of Durrës has rejected the decision of the Mayor Emiriana Sako regarding the dismissal of the Deputy Mayor Arbër Braho.

At the same time, the Administrative Court has charged the local government institution with financial responsibility for this illegal decision. Arbër Braho held the position of Deputy Mayor of Durrës since 2013.

Arbër Braho left the post of Deputy Mayor of Durrës in November 2021. Immediately after leaving, in his status on social networks, Arbër Braho, who is also the son of Spartak Brahos, labeled Sako as a "tool" of former mayor Vangjush Dako, alleging that he received instructions from him.

In a TV interview, Braho stood by these claims and added that every two days, Sako and Dako, meet in a bar in Durrës where indications are received that he knows further action will be taken.
