The Italian authorities executed the arrest warrant dated November 25, 2024 against the suspect  Punzo Pasquale , 38 years old, who is accused of committing the crime of triple murder with intent and premeditation, possession and production of explosives and pyrotechnics, as well as running a the criminal group, which he has denied.

It is about the serious event that happened on November 18, 2024, in Via Patacca 94 , in Ercolano, where the explosion in a fireworks and explosives factory leveled a house to the ground, causing the death of two 26-year-old twins from Marigliano and a young 18-year-old boy, of Albanian nationality, Samuel Tafçiu, who worked at the construction site in question.

According to the Italian media, the investigations carried out immediately by the Carabinieri, through a detailed and intensive investigative activity, have made it possible to obtain serious indications of guilt against the suspect placed on the basis of the arrest decree.

It is also learned that the autopsies of the bodies of three victims are being performed at the second polyclinic of Naples: twins Sara and  Aurora Esposito , 26 years old, and 18-year-old Samuel Tafçiu , killed by the violent explosion that destroyed the house where the illegal factory was also built of unconventional pyrotechnic materials.  

During the validity session, Punzo exercised his right not to answer, but briefly stated to the judge that " it has nothing to do with all this ".
