The murder of Claudio Prendi, an event on November 19, has passed to the competence of SPAK.

Sources for Report TV inform that it will be the Special Prosecutor's Office that will investigate the execution of the 27-year-old, who was killed with a silencer near Xhamllik.

The sources state that there are doubts that the perpetrators belong to a structured criminal group.

Claudio Prendi was executed in the early hours of November 19 after midnight as soon as he got into his car near Xhamllik in Tirana, while earlier he had been in the bar in the company of his friends, including some police officers.

His father, judge Fran Prendi, resigned from the justice system, is known for sentencing large criminal groups, including Emiljano Shullazi. Judged also Salvatore Lettizian, a member of the Italian Camorra, for the massacre with three victims on "Zogu I" boulevard in 2015.

Meanwhile, it turned out that the "Audi" type car of the perpetrators of the murder of Claudio Prendi, which was found burned in the Farka area, an hour after the murder, was stolen about a year ago in the Artificial Lake area in Tirana. The identification was made by the chassis number of the car, recovered by the experts.
