As part of the police operation coded "Penalty", the 43-year-old woman with the initials YN (XH), who had made available the bar she managed, was handcuffed for practicing prostitution.

As a result of this operation, the Court of First Instance of Fier imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the 43-year-old woman, a resident of Fier, for the criminal offenses of "Owning premises for prostitution" and "Exploitation of prostitution". Also, a 27-year-old woman and 2 other people, 26 years old and 35 years old, were prosecuted for the criminal offense "Prostitution", in the investigation for involvement in this illegal activity.

The work continues for the identification and prosecution of other persons involved in this activity. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier, for further actions.
