Aleksandër Laho, alias Rrumi i Shijakut, has attempted to seize another property in Tirana, where the "A1 Report" television station is currently located.

The property is in the area of the former Partizani complex, in the building of a former metal company "Tirana", or the former Watch Department. The television acquired this property in 2019, by a decision of the Council of Ministers, while the Rrumi i Shijakut group had other plans for this property.

The file obtained by VoxNews details a conversation between Aleksandër Laho and his brother Vullnet Muça, where they also talk about hiring a law firm to pursue the case. In fact, both are convinced that only a "lady" will take them on.

SPAK has not specified who the "lady" is, while the conversation only states that "that woman has brains to spare."

Laho and his brother with a different surname say that the "lady" in question is the one who fired him, even though she is a civilian specialist. At the end of the conversation, both are convinced to give the "lady" the case, while SPAK has not elaborated on whether there was an attempt or a scheme to seize the property. The conversation between them took place in 2020, a year after the government had given the building to A1 Report television.

It seems that Rrumi i Shijakut had created a real group to seize state assets. With strong connections in the Cadastre, he and his group, inserted forged documents, fabricated fictitious trials or even threatened the owners. A real scheme, where SPAK will have to investigate his collaborators in state institutions, especially in the Cadastre!

Excerpt from the SPAK FILE

The fact that Aleksandër Laho and Vullnet Muça have used law firms and lawyers specializing in civil matters, with the aim of acquiring property by presenting forged documents of origin of the property in court proceedings, is also confirmed by the conversation dated September 26, 2020, where they discuss a property that the Council of Ministers has transferred for use to A1 Report television.

The conversation is presented as follows;

Vullneti – Whoever built this building and had it demolished, I saw the Raport TV billboards on the television.

Aleksandr – We have to see what contract they have, it's over and done with... The Italian says he did and got it... But we have to see how long his contract is...

Willpower – It will be a problem.

Aleksandi – Yes, yes… We need to see if they gave him the VKM as they gave him the contract.

Willpower – Let's see.

Aleksandr – I'll take it, we're a little bit gossipy... He doesn't have anything to do, he takes it...

Voluntari – We'll see the contract and also let the studio do it without you.

Aleksandr – Yes, yes… only that woman has the brains to take it… The one they fired is a civil specialist… She takes it… Not a normal lawyer… They give it to her.
