This was the threat of the Re-establishment Commission addressed to the Court of Appeals at noon on Sunday, as it claims that the latter does not give the decision of Judge Blerina Muçaj, who accepted the appeal of Enkelejd Alibeaj for changes in the statute.

Following this open blackmail, there was a reaction from the Court of Appeals itself, which considers these statements as unacceptable, prejudicial, offensive and denigrating, which, according to her, aim to influence the decision-making on the issue of the statute. of the PD.

The Court of Appeals further adds in its response that for a state governed by the rule of law, such attacks on judges and courts are perceived as direct interference with judicial activity before decisions are taken by them, and are legally and constitutionally unacceptable.

It is worth mentioning the fact that a week ago, the Re-establishment Commission submitted two requests to the High Inspectorate of Justice and the Independent Qualification Commission from which it requested the dismissal of the judge of the Tirana Court, Blerina Muçaj.

On the other hand, just as important in a state governed by the rule of law is respect for the independence, authority, legitimacy of the judiciary, as well as the avoidance of statements or attacks that undermine public confidence in the judiciary.
