50 kilograms of cocaine were extracted from a shipment of coal in the port of Durres. It is suspected that the amount is even greater, while work is expected to begin searching in every corner of the ship.
The cocaine hidden in the barn of the ship "Unistream" with the flag of Antigua Barbuda from the Caribbean Islands, is learned to have been discovered by internationals, who have provided information to the Albanian side in the port of Durres.

Traffickers have started to change the strategy, where so far we are used to being caught in loads of bananas, now the drug seems to be hiding in other shipments, as was the case today where it was inserted within 6500 tons of coal.
At least so far there is no ban on this amount of cocaine coming from Colombia. It was the Durrës Task Force that discovered cocaine on the ship that was bringing coal, after it had been signaled before.

The ship "Unistream" started its voyage from the port of Barranquilla in Colombia on April 26 at 11:32 and arrived at the Port of Durres on May 16, the day before at 08:32. This is the number of times cocaine is seized in the port of Durres.
