SPAK needs tires and batteries

Fighting corruption and organised crime, a task Albanians have entrusted with SPAK law requires energy and to have these energies, the Special Prosecution has opened a tender.

SPAK has published the tender worth about 2.6 mlof lek for new batteries and tires for vehicles available to 17 prosecutors in this facility.

The tender was published this Tuesday on the APP page, along with technical designations and criteria of operators they want to receive.

It is not known how much the battery wheel will benefit the SPAK with this amount made available. The head of this prosecutor, Arben Kraja, has been put at the centre of criticism for ssilence of SPAK for detailed files such as Gerdeci, January 21, or cez-DIA.

Kraja has responded that the SPAK does not investigate on the basis of political statements, but on the basis of the escalations, bypassing the fact that the same structure is being moved on its own in more than one case by opening investigations mainly.
