There is no end to animal abuse cases in Albania. A citizen filmed in Debar a scene where a person tied the donkey behind the car while pulling it.

The purpose of that action by the person in question is not known, but the case seems troubling given the cause of animal mistreatment even before, which have received the attention of the authorities.

Recall that two years ago in Sukth was recorded a serious event which received all the attention of public opinion, after a person dragged a dog by car. He was convicted by police of aggravated assault.
