The Tirana Prosecutor's Office asks Lebanon to extradite the Palestinian father who stabbed his daughter to death in their rented apartment in Tirana!

At a time when the foreign citizen who took his daughter's life fled in an unknown direction and some information was also obtained regarding the causes that led to the monstrous crime, the investigative group demands that the perpetrator be investigated and tried in Albania, precisely in the country where he committed the serious act.

Thus, the Tirana Prosecution Office is reported to have sent the Lebanese justice authorities a request to extradite 49-year-old Fadi Alwan, who is accused of murdering his daughter Rayan Alwan, who was shot to death by her father while they were visiting Albania as tourists.

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has specified that the request to extradite him from Beirut is based on the reciprocity agreement.

This request was forwarded to the prosecutor a few days after Palestinian Fadi Alwan was arrested in Lebanon, and his arrest was notified to Albania through Interpol.

The Tirana Court has ordered the murderous father to be arrested in absentia on charges of murder due to family relations.

Father and daughter traveled from Germany to Tirana and rented a house online, while introducing themselves as a couple.

Five days later, the crime was discovered by the hotel owners and the police found the 24-year-old murdered with a cold weapon. The suspect had erased all traces of the murder and fled.

A second request has been forwarded via registered letter to Germany where the prosecutor in the case is seeking information from the victim's relatives on possible problems and conflicts.

One of the people being questioned is the 24-year-old's mother, as well as other relatives who were aware of the family conflict.

Rayan Alwan's body was recovered by her relatives, who are awaiting justice in both countries.
