'Presence of assassination'/ Here's how Mayor Arbana celebrated
Fadil Balla alias Jul Balla/ Elton Arbana

The investigative show PLUG published last night footage shared by the mayor of Shijak, Elton Arbana , on the day of the end of vote counting in May 2025.

According to PLUG, in addition to the song played in the background, which could never be used by a public servant, where the lyrics of the song compare himself to the mafia " LUCKY LUCIANO" , Elton Arbana also seems to make the same comparison, indicating the presence of the guys inside the KZAZ, who according to him gave the victory to Rilindja.

Among the 'chicks' introduced by Arbana, inside the CEAZ is Fadil Balla alias Jul Balla , along with his companions.

Apparently, the mayor, in the delirium of victory, not only sent a message to Edi Rama about who the guys were who gave him the victory, but along with it, he also sent a message to SPAK, the only institution that so far has not seen the involvement of criminal organizations in stealing the elections on behalf of the government.

PLUG emphasizes that the citizens of Durrës and Shijak have even more information on these issues.

According to the editorial team, this publication constitutes public evidence that should prompt a reaction from justice institutions./ PLUG
