The Police of the Prizren Region have asked for help from the citizens to find the 26-year-old Albanian Meladin Adili, reported missing since September 4.

The 26-year-old from Borja e Kukës, was lost in Bjeshket e Sharri, on the Albania-Kosovo border, where he had gone out to pick blueberries.

It is said that he was last seen by his workmates, in the place called Zhilibeg, located near the village of Brod in the Municipality of Dragash, where he had gone out to collect blueberries.

In addition to the Police of Kosovo and Albania, the KSF and the Kosovo Association for Search and Rescue have also been engaged in finding him, but without results.

"The person reported as missing has not been found to date, so we ask for the cooperation of all citizens, so that if they see the same person or know something about his location, they should report it to the Regional Police in Prizren, or to any police station in Kosovo or Albania", says the announcement.

The search for Meledi Adil is continuing. The police and the army of Kosovo, special units of the Kosovo Police, volunteers from Restelica, Brodi, Globočica, Krusheva, Zlipotok and other mountain settlements in Dragashi are involved in the search.

Competent services of the municipality of Dragash are intensively monitoring and participating in the search, reports OraNews.
