Positive after drug test, police arrest young man

Tirana's road police have accepted a 21-year-old man, after the respective test resulted in him driving the vehicle under the effect of narcotics.

During police searches on the "Janfize Keko" road, the leader of a vehicle, citizen Silvio Demirllari, 21, whose Road Police services have taken the drug test, with the AquilaScan apparatus, has been detained.

After the test, it resulted in the 21-year-old driving the vehicle under the effect of the substances. At the end of the proceedings, his arrest was made in his flag, for the criminal work "Driving vehicles irregularly".

Also, this citizen was suspended for 12 months, 10 points were disembarked from the driving leave and 15,000 new money was imposed on the administrative measure, for violating Article 185 envisaged by the Road Code, "Running the tool under the effect of drug subjects", measured with the drug testing apparatus of the brand "AquilaScan".

Four days ago, the Tirana Road Police handcuffed a 25-year-old man who resulted in driving the vehicle under the effect of narcotics.

The effective Tirana Regional Road Police Commissioner has organised alternating checks with uniformed and ununiformed services, with the aim not only of verifying and punishing offences that are the source of road accidents, but also punishing other criminal acts that censor the integrity of State Police employees.
