The Police of Shkodra has stopped safet Bayrin, one of the most talked-about names of the criminal underworld in the country.

Police services, during the implementation of the plan of measures for prevention of criminality and for the crackdown of illegalities, in the city of Shkodra, accompanied an armored vehicle to the premises of the DVP Shkodra.

After verifications it was found that the driver of the vehicle, citizen S. B. alias S. R., resident in the village of Dobrac, Shkodra, was circulating unconditionally with the authorization issued by the competent organ.

The driver of the vehicle was placed administrative measures, in accordance with the Road Code, and additional measures were implemented to block the type of vehicle "Mercedes Benz" and the confiscation procedures will be initiated.
