Considered a controversial character, Gentjan Bejtja was involved in strong clashes with the brothers Valter and Durim Bami since the disappearance of Enver Stafuka in 2015, who had revealed many criminal events.

Meanwhile, Bejtja is suspected of being involved in the assassination of Marklen Haka in 2019, where his aunt was killed. Even with Haka, Bejtja had strong clashes.

Also, there were strong doubts about his involvement in the murder of the chrome businessman, Iliaz Çali, with whom he had a friendly relationship and was among the last to talk to him before he was killed about two years ago.

Meanwhile, Bejtja has also been filed for the Fushë Kruja crossing massacre, where Brilant Martinaj and two of his friends were killed. Therefore, one of the main tracks of the murder is revenge motive due to clashes between criminal groups.
