A car accident was registered this Tuesday afternoon in the city of Vlora.

Official sources suggest that the citizen E. Sh., A police officer, while patrolling in the service sector with motor vehicles, injured the pedestrian JM, 38 years old, resident in Vlora. As a result of the accident, the colleague of the officer, the citizen KM, who was a passenger on the motorcycle, was also injured.

The injured pedestrian and staff member were rushed to the Vlora hospital where they are under the care of doctors. The incident happened around 17:05, on the main Boulevard of the coastal city.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
