Xhelal Mziu was beaten by an employee of the Ostren administrative unit in Bulqiza.

The unit's employee is named Kalosh Murra and is responsible for economic assistance.

Police announcement:

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Bulqizë Police Commissariat referred the materials to SPAK, for the criminal offense of "Threat or violence against election participants", for citizens Xh. M., 58 years old and EM, 36 years old, uncle and nephew, both residents of Tirana, because at around 1:00 PM on 24.04.2025, after an electoral meeting held by the political entity "Democratic Party", in the village of Ostren, they are suspected of punching citizen KM, 33 years old, resident of Shupenza, in the outdoor premises of the Ostren administrative unit.
