Aleks Dalipi says that in 2021, Markeliani was shot in Milot, but the police and the prosecution did not investigate the incident. According to him, the perpetrator was not caught at that time and that the expertise of the gunpowder traces on the hands was done to his father (also the MP). The case was then dismissed.

Meanwhile, Aleksi also tells of an incident that occurred on April 4, 2025, in the area near the Palace of Culture in the city of Laç. He says he was driving and some boys came up to him. One of them, again Markelian Hoti, pulled out a gun and threatened him. He immediately called the police 129 for the incident, but the delays in responding led to the person leaving.

2021 file; MP's brother investigated for weapons possession...

Aleks Dalipi said that he turned to Fiks Fare because he does not trust the Kurbin Police and the Lezha Prosecutor's Office. Initially, he tells the story of the incident that occurred on March 13, 2021 in the city of Milot. According to him, that evening he had a conflict with a person named Markelian Hoti, the brother of MP Elda Hoti. He even reported that Markelian shot him with a gun and fortunately the bullets did not hit him.

Aleksi also made available to Fiksi the investigative file on the case, where Markeliani was not arrested after the incident but was only surrendered a few months later.

"Markeliani shot me with a gun. We had no conflicts, I don't know the motive. Fortunately, they didn't catch me. But he wasn't caught either and sent me a message that he wouldn't forgive me next time. I want to denounce that the incident was not investigated. Instead of conducting an expertise on Markeliani's gunpowder, the investigators conducted an expertise on Markeliani's father and Elda Hoti. Of course, he didn't shoot," he claims.

The file contains the investigative actions, which show that since no weapons, shells, or gunpowder residue were found, the case was dismissed after 1 year.

The others immediately surrounded him and took him away," Aleksi claims.

He adds that he immediately called the Kurbin police operations room. "I called them immediately but they didn't even bother to come. I went to the police station myself and the chief wasn't there. They made me wait 40 minutes. Then I went to file a complaint at the Lezha Police Department. There I stood in the lobby and they called me from the Kurbin police to report there. They even brought me a police patrol," he says.

Then he also tells of the confrontation with the people he reported. "As soon as I entered, in the yard of the police station, MP Elda Hoti appeared before me together with her brother, Markelian Hoti. She was at large. As soon as they saw me, they threatened and insulted me. I insulted them too. The chiefs of the police station were also present. At one point, the MP ordered me to be put in a cell. At that moment, out of fear that they would shoot me, the MP also quickly left the police station," Aleksi claims.

The 35-year-old says he has moved away from the police station wall. "I was afraid that MP Elda Hoti, the police and her brother would beat me. It would be better if they killed me than if she beat me. Now they have declared me wanted. Instead of investigating those who threatened me and pulled out a gun, they are investigating me. The police come and look for me," he adds.

Contradictory investigations about April 4th; Who denounced whom?!

Një tjetër pretendim i ankuesit ishte se në datën 4 prill 2025 brenda komisariatit ka pasur një debat me zonjën Elda Hoti, deputete dhe kandidate për deputete të 11 majit. Dhe, sipas denoncuesit, kjo zonjë e ka denoncuar brenda ambienteve të Komisariatit.

Fiks Fare ka mësuar se, deputetja, vëllai i saj Markelian Hoti, por edhe disa persona të tjerë, kanë bërë deponime kundër Aleks Dalipit. Por, kallëzimin e bëri i pari Aleksi dhe deponimet janë bërë vetëm pas kontrollit të banesës së Markelianit.

21 ditë pasi denoncoi vëllanë dhe deputeten, e arrestojnë!

Fiksi shkoi pas Pallatit të Kulturës në qytetin e Laçit, pikërisht te vendi ku ka ndodhur edhe përplasja. I gjithë ky segment ishte me kamera sigurie nga bizneset. Mjaftonte një verifikim i vogël nga Policia e Kurbinit, apo nga Prokuroria e Lezhës, duke marrë kamerat e sigurisë të këtyre objekteve dhe i gjithë incidenti i ndodhur më datë 4 prill 2025, mund të zbardhej fare lehtësisht.

Fiks fare shkoi në selinë e Partisë Demokratike në qytetin e Kurbinit, për të takuar deputeten dhe vëllanë e saj. Por, zyra ishte e mbyllur. Në të njëjtën ditë, gazetarët biseduan në telefon me deputeten Elda Hoti, për ta pyetur rreth dy ngjarjeve, 13 marsi i vitit 2021 dhe 4 prilli 2025!

Fillimisht tha se “nuk e di se çfarë ka ndodhur më 4 prill”. Më pas u kujtua dhe pyeti gazetarët nëse ishte ankuar ndonjë person. Fiksi i tha se është ankuar Aleks Dalipi për dy ngjarje. “Po, personi që prish fushatën dmth. S’ka punë tjetër do të bëjë shoë” tha ajo, teksa shtoi se “s’është e vërtetë as njëra dhe as tjetra”. Më pas takoi grupin e Fiksit në zonën e Komunës së Parisit, por nuk pranoi të japë intervistë për këtë ngjarje.

Disa ditë pas interesimit të Fiks Fare për këtë rast, në datën 23 prill 2025, Policia e Kurbinit njoftoi se ka ndaluar Aleks Dalipin për dy vepra penale. Një ditë më pas, në datë 24, doli edhe njoftimi për shtyp ku shkruhet se bazuar dhe në informacionet e siguruara nga inteligjenca informative, është lokalizuar, kapur dhe ndaluar shtetasi A.D., alias F.L, 35 vjeç, banues në Malbardhë, Kurbin.
