7 officials of the State Cadastre Agency are suspended from duty.
Officials are accused of alienating property, legalizing and illegally building a large hotel in downtown Tirana, at a time when it was an existing construction.
They are charged with "abuse of duty".
Seven officials were ordered to appear by the court.
