In the Albanian Radio Television mass dismissals have started, while it is reported that the immediate dismissals were made arbitrarily.

Journalist Isa Myzyraj says that he is in contact with foreign organizations regarding this situation. He says that he has received a number of complaints about violations of the Labor Code and arbitrary dismissals.

We remind you that just a few weeks ago, the former socialist deputy Alfred Peza was elected general director of RTSH, a decision that was opposed by the opposition, since according to the law on audiovisual media, the director is not allowed to be engaged in politics, or to has its media.

I am in contact with foreign organizations about the situation that is happening with Albanian Radio and Television.

In recent days, there have been a number of denunciations of violations of the Labor Code and arbitrary dismissals from the RTSH.

I have seen letters and decisions of immediate dismissal, which the employees claim are arbitrary and illegal.

Public Television, by its very name, belongs to all of us, it is a public good, so the interest of all of us should be on it.
