The concessionaire of Sharra Landfill in Tirana has considered the statement of LSI MP Monika Kryemadhi that 19 new companies were paid with a value of about 2 billion lek by Klodian Zoto, which have committed financial evasion, as slander.
Through a response to the media, the concessionaire company of the Sharra Landfill states that "IEBV" has no suppliers of any of the entities mentioned by Kryemadhi and therefore has no commercial exchange with any of them.
In her response, she further adds that no slander and intentional slander covers the investment and work of the IEBV Concession Society, which according to her, invoices and any commercial exchange is fully accessible to state financial institutions.
The concessionaire company warns that it will prosecute any official who has damaged the reputation of its company and blackmailed it, through unfounded and deliberately fabricated accusations for political benefit.
Full reaction:
Reaction on the blackmail and fictitious and intentional accusations of MP Monika Kryemadhi.
We have seen with concern in recent months some unprecedented attacks and unfounded accusations by some politicians, towards the waste processing concessionaire in Tirana, IEBV SPV.
Specifically, in several public appearances, the deputy of the Parliament of Albania, Monika Kryemadhi, has stated that the concessionaire Integrated Energy BV SPV (IEBV), which builds and manages the Waste Treatment Area in Tirana, is involved in a fraud scheme with fictitious invoices with several other companies.
In the interest of the public, we clarify that:
IEBV, there are no suppliers of any of the entities mentioned by Mrs. Chieftain. Consequently there is no commercial exchange with any of them. The companies mentioned by Mrs. Kryemadhi are not collaborators in our activities.
No intentional slander and slander cover the investment and work of the IEBV Concessionaire Company. Invoices and any commercial exchange is fully accessible at state financial institutions.
For several months, public opinion has been bombarded with slander, conjectures for political purposes, or other purposes. We have not reacted as we have waited for justice and the institutions of the Albanian state to react in the face of this blackmail and political repression, which only aims to impose fines.
The Concessionary Society IEBV calls on the law enforcement bodies, and mainly SPAK, to verify these defamations and intentional attacks of the Freedom Party, as well as to take measures to stop them.
We inform you that in the future, the concessionaire company will prosecute any official who has damaged the reputation of our company and has blackmailed, through unfounded accusations and deliberately fabricated for political benefit.
