In Rrogozhina, there was a clash between some citizens, who had emergency cases. One of the citizens was on his way to the hospital, while another was going to a funeral.

After a few minutes, it became possible for these two citizens to be allowed to pass.

So, in some points of the protest, the burning of car tires in the middle of the road has started.
