KPC has dismissed the judge of Tirana, Altin Abdiu, the son of Fehmi Abdiu, former head of the High Court. From the findings of KPC it results that there were no sources for justification of wealth.

Judge Altin Abdiu has a long career in the justice system. From 1995, he served as a judge in the Tirana Judicial District Court.

His fate in justice will be decided by the Special Appellate Panel which makes the final decision in the vetting process.

Altin Abdiu is the son of Fehmi Abdiu, elected since 1998 as a judge of the Constitutional Court, which he held until 2004.

Asset analysis is one of the three pillars of reassessment for judges, along with figure control and assessment of professional skills.
