SPAK has issued 21 security measures, among them 18 "prison arrests". The persons under investigation include a senior police official, a judge and two journalists.

For Suel Çela, one of the most talked about names of the crime, who had a conflict with the former director of the Police of Elbasan, the measure of arrest in prison has not been executed, it is suspected that he is hiding outside Albania.

A part of the security measures has been communicated to the accused in prison, while another part is known to have been executed abroad.

21 security measures:

1. Marjus Lulaj (alias Suel Çela), arrested and imprisoned

12. Metin Mehjam, arrested in prison

13. Renato Hasani, arrested and imprisoned

14. Skender Sufaj, arrested and imprisoned

15. Pajtime Fetah, prison sentence

16. Dedan Gjoni, arrested in prison

17. Marsel Shega (alias Bujar Shega), arrested in prison

18. Hajdar Lala (alias Hajdar Xaka alias Hajdar Sefa), arrested in prison

19. Blerina Beqiri, house arrest

20. Elton Qyno, obligation to appear

21. Artan Hoxha, obligation to appear
