Nearly 10 million dollars were added to the state coffers only from the oil supply of the yachts that stopped at the port of Durrës.
The income came as a result of the national tax of 40 lek that luxury yacht owners pay for every liter of fuel purchased.
"This year, a national tax of 40 old lek was applied for oil supplies. Only from the supply of oil, 10 million dollars have passed into the state budget, 40 per liter for each supply of oil", explains the captain of the port Taulant Allka.
The captain of the port, Taulant Allka, says that during the first eight months of this year, more than 250 tourist vessels were supplied with oil.
"There is no bureaucracy, that's why they choose the port of Durres. An email is enough and then the agencies are taken. By the time the ship arrives at the yacht, the entire crew is free."
For the port authorities, this tourist season can be considered very successful. This is also thanks to the services offered.
